If the size or colour doesn’t fit and you wish to exchange it, please email us at contactus@longandpetite.com within 14 days of receiving your order, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange. Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Return & Refund
UK Customers
We completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay. If you’d like to return an item, you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To get started, just send us an email at contactus@longandpetite.com with:
- Your order number or reference
- The date your order was placed and received
- The item(s) you’d like to return
Once we hear from you, we’ll reply with all the details you need to make the return.
Please note: returns and exchanges are made at your own cost and responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked service to ensure everything gets back to us safely.
We will refund the item price and the standard shipping cost only. Any premium or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If an item shows signs of wear or use, we won’t be able to process a refund — thank you for understanding.
Once your return arrives, we’ll give it a quick check and, if all’s well, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. It’ll go back to your original payment method, and we’ll send you a confirmation once it’s on its way.
EU customers (including Northern Ireland)
If you are ordering from the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with consumer protection regulations.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) within 5 working days, back to the original payment method.
Non-EU international customers
For customers outside the UK and EU, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if something isn’t quite right.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund the item value only to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Faulty or incorrect items (all international orders)
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
In these cases, we will of course arrange a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we’re unfortunately unable to refund shipping or customs fees, and refunds for the item price may not be offered, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
