Age Restriction: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.  

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service, limit the sales of our products, or limit the quantity of any product or service sold to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

Prohibited Uses: You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any laws, regulations, or rules; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (e) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others. 

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our dog wear products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. 

Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. 

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. The contract for sale is formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email indicating that your product has been shipped. 

Payment: All payment details provided must be complete and accurate. You warrant that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used for the purchase.  

Delivery Estimates: We aim to deliver within the time frames quoted on our website, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays that are beyond our reasonable control. 

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provided. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment for the order. 

Refused Delivery: If you or your nominee fails to take delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to charge you for the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.  

Right to Cancel/Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. 

Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your dog wear item must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and must be unworn and unwashed. 

Hygiene Exception: Items that, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right to cancel if they become unsealed after delivery. 

Procedure: To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at contactus@longandpetite.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. 

Faulty Goods: We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. If the products are faulty or misdescribed, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.  

Use and Safety: Our dog wear products are intended for pet use only. It is the customer's responsibility to supervise their pet while using the product and to ensure the item is the correct size and fit for their dog. 

Safety Check: You are responsible for regularly inspecting the dog wear for signs of wear and tear, and for discontinuing use immediately if the product becomes damaged, as this could pose a risk to your pet. 

No Warranty: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. 

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to any injury to your pet or damage to property. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
